On June 1, 2026, Shanghai Fosun Kairos Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (referred to as“Fosun Kairos”) and Subang Jaya Medical Centre (SJMC), in Malaysia, announced the formal signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
