Fosun Pharma Held Healthcare Session at the Second Caohejing Technology and Innovation Carnival


27 October, “2017 Fosun Pharma Healthcare Session” of the Second Caohejing Technology and Innovation Carnival was successfully held at Renaissance Caohejing Hotel.

 

The theme of this carnival is “Meta-technology Create the Future”. Adhering to the brand concept of “Innovation for Good Health”, Fosun Pharma, as a significant representative of pharmaceutical enterprises, held the Healthcare Session with an aim to support scientific and technological innovation projects and create a science and technology service ecosystem in Shanghai Caohejing Hi-Tech Park.

 

Wu Yifang, President & CEO of Fosun Pharma; Wang Cheng, Senior Vice President of Fosun Pharma; Mei Jingping, Vice President and General Manager of Strategic Planning Department; Huang Bangyu, President Assistant and General Manager of Internet Business Development Division; Liu Xuejun, co-dean of the research institute of Fosun Pharmaceutical Industry Development Co., Ltd.; Kong Deli standing deputy dean of Fosun Pharma Research Institute; Scott Liu ,chairman and chief executive officer of Shanghai Henlius Biotech, Inc. and Wang Liqun, CEO of Fosun Kite attended the session.

 

Dr. Michael Wincor, the deputy dean of Global Strategy of School of Pharmacy of University of Southern California; Su Shu, the founder of Mingyi Zhudao, a mobile application for medical surgical appointment; Lian Yueyao, investment VP of Legend Star; Yin Jie, executive director of Qiming Venture Partners and Xia Mingde, senior director of Johnson & Johnson Asia-pacific Innovation Center attended the event as guests.

 

Dr. Michael Wincor, Dr. Scott Liu, Wang Liqun and Su Shu have respectively shared their keynote speeches of “Trends in Pharmacy Education and Specialization”, “Advanced Innovative Biopharmaceutical Production Technology”, “Evolutions and Breakthroughs of Oncology Treatments” and “What is the key point for winning mobile medical in the second half?”

 

In addition, Project Roadshow competition took place at the end of event that ten representative firms presented speeches and displayed their projects varying from innovative chemical drugs, biologics, medical devices & diagnosis, artificial intelligence to other leading fields. Finally, two early-incubated and innovative projects, which were “Non-targeted specific ctDNA detection technology” and “cloud microsphere two-dimensional flow chip” have won out to the final election session.
