First Session of “Launching Your Future - The Campus Tour of Fosun Pharma” Crowned with Success
On 19th March, 2009, Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical (Group) Co., Ltd. had successfully held a session titled as Launching Your Future —— The Campus Tour of Fosun Pharma, in Jiangning Campus of China Pharmaceutical University, meanwhile, the campaign, namely Launching Your Future —— The Campus Tour of Fosun Pharma in 2011, had been officially initiated. This session regarding to the Development Model of Fosun Pharma and Its Company Culture, was delivered by Zhou Wenyue, Vice President of Fosun Pharma; Yu Guangzong, Secretary of Committee of Youth League of China Pharmaceutical University, and Mrs. Yan Huang, Vice Secretary of Committee of Youth League of China Pharmaceutical University attended this event.
As a classic model of university student successfully starting a business, Fosun Pharma has been always highlighted the sustainable development as company’s development strategy; in recent years, through engaging in relevant activities, such as periodically release Enterprise Social Responsibility Report annually, as well as the Future Star Public Education Plan and the Energy & Growth Summer Camp, Fosun Pharma has been always focused on the China Employer Brands construction and actively support the education undertakings. Since August, 2010, after gaining the great repercussions from the Energy & Growth Summer Camp in campuses, in order to continue its positive influence, Fosun Pharma Group has launched the enterprise-university interaction activity with the subject of Launching Your Future —— The Campus Tour of Fosun Pharma Group for the first time by the manner of enterprise-school cooperation in 2011. The purpose for this activity is to upgrade the influence of Fosun Pharma Group Employer Brands in campuses, meanwhile, to promote the communications among school, enterprise, and student; moreover, this action will helps company to quickly and correctly target the potential talents, so as to get a thoroughly preparation for annual campus recruitment, enterprise development and talents reservation.
This activity was officially activated on 19th March. Each month, different sessions and lectures shall be introduced as well as different guests shall be invited to join in respectively. Time schedule: March ~ June, 2011. The purpose for these activities is to share the following with the students, including Fosun Pharma Group’s enterprise culture and industry development trend, Fosun Pharma Group’s development strategy, professional knowledge as well as vocational development planning, etc., which are to be presented by means of session and alumni face to face, etc.

In this session with topic is The Development Model of Fosun Pharma and its company culture, Zhou Wenyue, Vice President of Fosun Pharma Group, made a detailed interpretation through explaining profound theories in a simple way, to students involving Fosun Pharma Group’s development model & corporate culture; meanwhile, he warmly answered questions from school leaders and students. When answering the question: what is his view for students who born in the post-80s or the post-90s, forwarded by Yu Guangzong, Secretary of Committee of Youth League of China Pharmaceutical University, Zhou Wenyue fully affirmed the post-80s and post-90s generation’s capability on study as well as their comprehensive quality.
