On the afternoon of June 30th, Fosun Pharma Group Party Committee and the Party School of Putuo District Party Committee of the Chinese Communist Party organized jointly co-building contract signing and "July 1st" celebration ceremony in Putuo District Party School. Putuo District Organization Department of the CPC, District Social Work Committee, District Technology Party Committee and Fosun Group’s Party leaders were invited to attend and witnessed the signing, made constructive comments on co-building and co-creating a Party building brand, and placed good expectation. After the ceremony, the two sides launched the first co-building project --- a 2-hour Party lecture. More than 100 Party members from Fosun Pharma Group attended this event.

Both parties signed the contract with the aim to promote the advantages and resources sharing between the School and the enterprise, explore new cooperation ways and mechanisms, continuously promote the Party building of Fosun Pharma and the teaching, research and consulting work of the Party School of the District Committee to a new level, work together to create first-class non-public Party building brand and Party School brand through the “Five Togethers” model. "Five Togethers" include:
Conduct education and training together. Fosun Pharma relies on the Party School, and assists in implementing the education and training programs for Party members and cadres, organizes special subjects or current affairs seminars, providing the Party School’s teachers with a platform to practice; Party School publishes information on training seminars irregularly, invites Fosun Pharma Party cadres and enterprise backbone to attend.

Build teaching bases together. The two sides develop and construct on-site teaching base together through careful selection and in-depth investigations and studies, and improve the use value and popularity of the base. Implement the Party School books and current affairs information resources sharing.

Discuss major issues together. The Party School provides Fosun Pharma with intellectual support and advice on soft power building, especially exploring, summarizing the experience and improving the features in Party building, corporate culture and spiritual civilization construction work of work to help expand Party B’s social impact.
Share advantages and resources together. Teacher resources, teaching special libraries, training programs and facilities of the Party School are open to Fosun Pharma. The Party School works together with the district authorities and units to establish a sound Party school network to provide remote education and training for Party members and activists from Fosun Pharma.

Conduct subject survey together. The both sides conduct subject survey together and put forward countermeasures against difficult, hot issues existing during the further promotion of the enterprise Party building work. The eight co-building projects jointly designed by the two sides, including business training, study tours, information sharing, subject research, etc. are currently under implementation according to the annual plan.

Striving for national model grass-roots party organization, Fosun Pharma Group Party Committee constantly explores the status and role in the enterprise, innovates the working mechanisms, playing an important role in promoting corporate culture and helping with business development. In particular, Fosun Pharma's Party organization focuses on the research and development. Most of key R&D workers are Party members, and Fosun Pharma will develop the backbone staff into Party members, which has become major feature of Fosun Pharma’s Party building work.

Fosun Group Party Committee and Fosun Pharma Party Committee, as non-public enterprise Party building model unit of Putuo District, hope to further provide the district Party Committee and the district government with more mature and successful experience in non-public enterprise party building through exploration.
