Chairman: Mr. Chen Qiyu, was born in 1972, has a master’s degree, he is a member of China Democratic League, an engineer, and the outstanding EMBA graduate of China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). He has successively held the posts of Vice General Manager, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Secretary to Board of Directors, Directors, Vice Chairman, President of Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical (Group) Co., Ltd. Mr. Chen Qiyu currently serves as a member of council of Shanghai Yichuan Academy, President of Shanghai Biopharmaceutics Industry Association and Vice Chairman of China Medicinal Biotechnology Association.Delegate of the 15th People’s  Congress of Putuo District, Shanghai on Dec.2011.

Vice Chairman/President: Mr. Yao Fang, was born in 1969, has a master’s degree. From 1993 to 2009, he had successively held the posts of General Manager Assistant of international business headquarters of Shanghai Wanguo Securities Company Limited, General Manager of Shanghai SIIC Asset Management Co., Ltd., General Manager of SIIC Investment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., Managing Director of Shanghai Industrial Pharmaceutical Investment Co., Ltd., Chairman of Shanghai Overseas International Trading Co., Ltd., Executive Director of Shanghai Industrial Holdings Limited, etc. In April, 2004, he joined in Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical (Group) Co., Ltd. and has acted as Vice Chairman and General Manager since June, 2010.

Director: Mr. Guo Guangchang, was born in 1967, has a master’s degree, he is a member of China Democratic League and a senior engineer. At present, he serves as Chairman of Fosun International Limited. His main social positions including: Representative of The 11th National People's Congress (NPC), Member of Standing Committee of The 9th Executive Committee of All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Federation of Industry and Commerce, Vice Chairman of The 8th Committee of Shanghai Youth Federation, President of The Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce, Shanghai.

Director: Mr. Wang Qunbing, was born in 1969, has a bachelor’s degree, he is a Senior Engineer and a receiver of the special expert allowance of government from the State Council. At present, he serves as Executive Director and President of Fosun International Limited, and concurrently holds the social posts of honorary President of Shanghai Biopharmaceutics Industry Association, President of The Huzhou Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai, and Vice President of China Pharmaceutical Industry Association. He won “The Receiver of Special Expert Allowance of Government from The State Council”, and had received honors of 2009 “World Young Leaders” at World Economic Forum, “The 4th Technological Innovation Award for Chinese Outstanding Youth” of the Central Committee and ACYF, “60 Years and 60 people” of Chinese Pharmaceutical Industry, etc.

Director: Mr. Zhang Guozheng, was born in 1965, has a master’s degree, he is a Chinese Certified Public Accountant. He has successively held the posts of teacher at Accounting Department of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, Financial Manager and Vice General Manager of many joint ventures affiliated to E.C.I. Group Co., Ltd of Chia Tai Group, Audit Officer and CFO of Bright Diary & Food Co., Ltd., Senior Vice President and CFO of Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical (Group) Co., Ltd. At present, he serves as Assistant President and Administrative Assistant General Manager at Financial Division of Shanghai Fosun High Technology (Group) Co., Ltd.

Independent Director: Guan Yimin, was born in 1950, has a bachelor’s degree, he is a Professor of Accounting and successively serves as Lecturer in Accounting Department of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (SUFE), Deputy Dean, Associate Professor and Professor of Continuing Education School of SUFE, and Assistant to the President of SUFE.

Independent Director: Mr. Han Jiong, was born in 1969, has a master’s degree. In 1998, as a founding partner, he was participated the establishment of Llinks Law Offices; from January, 2005 to April, 2007, he was served as Committee Member of the 7th China Securities Regulatory Commission and the 8th Stock Issuance Examination and Verification Committee. Currently, he acts as Director and Managing Partner of Llinks Law Offices.

Independent Director: Mr. Zhang Weijiong, was born in 1953, has a doctor’s degree; From 1997 to 2004, he had successively held the posts of Dean Assistant of Management School of Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU), Director for EMBA courses of Management School of SJTU, Dean of Studies of CEIBS, among others; from 2004 until now, he has served as the Professor of science of strategy, Deputy Dean and Dean of Studies of CEIBS, and the Director of Private-owned Enterprises Research Center.
